At eBikeStories.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your eBike accessories, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy. Please review the following guidelines to understand our process.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipping:
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can do so free of charge. Please submit a request through our Support Center, and our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours to process your cancellation.
After Shipping but Not Yet Received:
If your order has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, you may still cancel it. However, shipping charges will apply based on the product type:
- $50 for motors, batteries, and wheels.
- $15 for all other accessories.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will issue a refund using your original payment method.
After Delivery:
If your order has been delivered, please refer to our return policy below.
2. Order Modification
Before Shipping:
You can modify your order free of charge before it is shipped. Please contact us at support@ebikestories.com to request changes.
After Shipping:
No modifications are allowed once the order has been shipped.
3. Returns and Replacements
We accept returns and replacements for eBike accessories under the following conditions:
For Product Defects:
If your accessories has a manufacturing defect, we will provide technical support and replacement parts to resolve the issue. Repair costs associated with defects will be covered by eBikeStories.com.
For Shipping Damages:
If your accessories arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately. We will provide the necessary replacement parts and cover the associated service costs. To process your claim, you must provide photos or videos of the damage as evidence. Send these to support@ebikestories.com.
Free Replacement and Return:
You may reject a package and request a free replacement if:
- The accessories is critically damaged (e.g., the main structure is deformed and affects functionality).
- Parts are missing or severely damaged upon delivery.
Note: If you refuse the package for personal reasons, shipping charges will apply:
- $50 for motors, batteries, and wheels.
- $15 for all other accessories.
What Does Not Qualify for Free Replacement or Refund:
- Minor damage to the outer packaging.
- Minor scratches or paint loss on the product.
- Damage caused by excessive use or wear and tear.
4. Additional Return Policies
New & Unused Items (Within 15 Days):
- Full refunds are available for unused items returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Return shipping charges apply:
- $50 for motors, batteries, and wheels.
- $15 for all other accessories.
Used Items (Within 15 Days):
- Items that have been used but are still in good condition can be returned within 15 days for a refund.
- A 30% restocking fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Conditions Under Which Returns Are Not Allowed
Returns are strictly not permitted under the following circumstances:
- The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
- The accessories shows significant signs of use, such as dirt, scratches, or wear and tear.
- Critical components are missing (e.g., motors, batteries, wheels).
6. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned accessories and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Applicable fees (e.g., restocking fees, shipping charges) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 2 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Delays may occur depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact us.
7. Original Packaging Required
All returns must include the original packaging and be free of wear, dirt, and damage. If new packaging is required for the return, the customer will be responsible for the packaging material fees and return shipping costs.
